Appointments

We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you that day.

We try our best to stay on schedule to minimize your waiting. Because Drs. Kerin, Parets, Rosenlieb, and Stasulis provide many types of dental services, various circumstances may lengthen the time allocated for a procedure. Emergency cases can also arise and cause delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Insurance and Billing

At COMPREHENSIVE DENTAL CARE we make every effort to provide you with the finest care and the most convenient financial options. To accomplish this, we work hand-in-hand with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures . If you have any problems or questions, please ask our staff. Please bring your insurance information with you to our office. There are many different dental insurance companies and every plan is unique to the employer who purchases it.  We encourage you to become familiar with your particular policy’s deductibles, exclusions, co-payments, maximums, waiting periods, etc.

Payment Options

We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer outside financing options. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.

Financial Policy

For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Apple Pay. We also have information available regarding patient financing through CareCredit. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We ask that patients pay their estimated share at the time of service if they have insurance benefits, Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage. Patients without insurance are responsible for payment of all fees and charges related to all treatment at the time of service.
