
Dr. Fryc was born in Poland and immigrated to the United States at a young age. She completed her undergraduate studies in chemistry at the University of Pittsburgh and earned her dental degree in 2025 from the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine. She then completed a General Practice Residency at Hartford Hospital, where she advanced her training in comprehensive patient care.
During her training, Dr. Fryc was actively involved in community outreach, including a service trip to Ponce, Puerto Rico, where she provided dental care to underserved communities. She also volunteered at Mission of Mercy free dental clinics and assisted with the Hartford Hospital Medical Mission, providing oral cancer screenings.
Dr. Fryc has also contributed to academic research, including a publication on retro-odontoid pseudotumors and their prevalence in a peer-reviewed journal. She is a member of the Connecticut State Dental Association, the Hartford Dental Society, the American Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry.
Outside of the office, she enjoys skiing, camping, gardening, and spending time with her fiancé, Ryan.
